Sarah Beth Locke, Esq.  //  Attorney

Sarah Beth Locke is a Southeast Tennessee native. She graduated from Lee University for her undergraduate studies, then continued her education pursuing her law degree at the University of Tennessee’s College of Law. After graduating law school, Sarah Beth knew she wanted to stay local and help families within her own community and the surrounding areas. Sarah Beth is married to the love of her life, Roscoe, and they have one child.

With Sarah Beth’s mission to become the trusted advisor for life’s biggest most impactful decisions regarding a family’s future, finances, and legal matters, Every Step Law Group was founded! The principle objective Sarah Beth continually strives to achieve at Every Step Law Group is securing peace of mind for yourself and your family through effective estate planning.

Leah Payne  //  Client Service Director

Leah was born in Florida and relocated to Tennessee in 2008. She has several years of experience in office management and client service roles. Leah is married to her high school sweetheart, Tyler, and they have 2 daughters and a son. She enjoys being with her family, traveling, gardening, home design and remodeling, and being outdoors. Leah oversees the entire client service process at Every Step Law Group. She strives to ensure that our clients have access to the care and support needed and is dedicated to creating a personalized and effective estate planning process.

Ben Absher  //  Drafting Coordinator

Ben was born and raised in Cleveland, TN and is a graduate of Lee University. He comes to us with several years of experience in the legal field. Ben is married to his college sweetheart, Madi. His favorite hobbies include fly fishing, golf, playing music, reading, and wood working. Ben oversees the drafting process at Every Step Law Group, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism for our clients.

Bekah Lowe  //  Client Service Assistant

Bekah is a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN. She comes to us with a background in education and a genuine desire to help others. Bekah is married to the love of her life, Joseph, and they have 3 amazing and busy boys. She values family and time spent with one another. However, most of her free time these days is spent in the bleachers of a field or gym somewhere cheering on her boys as they do what they love most!  Bekah provides valuable support to our team and our clients, ensuring the estate planning process is seamless and meaningful.
